How did the annual Ram Navami fair in Shirdi start, and who were the key individuals involved?

The origin of the annual fair is detailed in Chapter 0. The idea was first conceived by devotee Gopalrao Gund, who proposed holding a Jatra or Urs. He presented this idea to Tatya Patil, Dada Kote Patil, and Madhavrao Deshpande, who supported it. Despite initial obstacles from the local Kulkarni, they successfully obtained an order to hold the fair. By Maharaj's command, the fair was established to occur on Ram Navami.
