How did Shama react when Sai Baba refused money from one of the men from Goa?

As recounted in Chapter 36, Madhavrao, also known as Shama, was present when Sai Baba accepted fifteen rupees from one visitor from Goa but rejected a larger sum of thirty-five rupees from his companion.
