How did Sapatnekar's persistence pay off, and what was the turning point in his experience with Sai Baba?

Despite being repeatedly rebuffed by Sai Baba, Sapatnekar made a personal determination to stay in Shirdi until he received Baba's grace. The turning point occurred when he became very distressed and sleepless. As detailed in Shri Sai Satcharitra Chapter 48, he seized an opportunity when Baba was alone on his cushion and, with a choked heart, went and held Baba's feet. As he was massaging them, a shepherd woman arrived and began talking with Baba. This moment, born from Sapatnekar's desperate but determined action, led directly to the miraculous event where Baba narrated Sapatnekar's life story, comforting him and solidifying his faith.
