How did Sapatnekar react to being constantly told "Chal Hat" by Baba?

Sapatnekar was very hurt and confused by Sai Baba constantly telling him "Chal Hat." He felt that while everyone else enjoyed Baba's love and experienced daily joy, he was singled out for rebuke. As Chapter 48 details, this caused him great distress, making food and water tasteless and leaving him sleepless. He began to introspect, wondering if his past karma had reached its peak or if his earlier argumentative and doubtful attitude towards Baba was the cause of this displeasure.
