Chapter 33 of the Shri Sai Satcharita recounts the powerful healing of Khimji Lalji Joshi's daughter. Her illness was so severe that she was extremely weak, unable to walk, and her hands and feet were described as being like twigs. The healing process occurred in stages. First, her mother obtained some of Baba's Udi, which provided immediate, though partial, relief. Seeing this, the family took the daughter to Shirdi. As detailed in a footnote in Chapter 33, a man had to carry her to Baba. Sai Baba himself then applied Udi to her and blessed her. Miraculously, within just two to four days, she regained enough strength to start walking on her own. When she still had trouble getting up, she complained to Baba, who gave her a fruit to eat, which completely removed her remaining difficulty.
How did Sai Baba's Udi and blessings cure the severe illness of Khimji Lalji Joshi's daughter?
