How did Sai Baba's approach to helping people evolve over time, particularly concerning healing?

Initially, Maharaj's method of helping people involved providing physical remedies. As described in Chapter 0, he would give medicines to people and never accepted any money for this service. He was so dedicated that if a patient was not being cared for properly, he would go and personally attend to them himself. However, his approach later evolved. He stopped giving medicine and instead began to give Udi, or sacred ash, from which people also received benefits. Maharaj himself explained this transition, stating, "I used to give medicine to people before. Later, I stopped giving medicine and started saying 'Hari Hari', and while saying Hari Hari, I met Hari." This indicates a significant shift from physical treatment to a more spiritual form of healing centered on faith and divine remembrance.
