How did Sai Baba respond when Madhavrao (Shama) presented Bapusaheb's plans for the new temple and mansion?

When Shama presented Bapusaheb's plans, Sai Baba responded with joyful approval. As documented in Chapter 39, upon hearing the plan for a temple and mansion with a throne for Murlidhar, Baba joyfully said, "Very well! After the temple is complete, we too shall come to stay there." He elaborated with sweet words, saying they would use the mansion to talk, walk, play, and embrace each other with love. When asked if it was an auspicious time to start, Baba's instruction was simply, "Break it, break it!" leading to a coconut being broken to begin the work.
