How did Sai Baba resolve Sapatnekar's deep distress and feelings of being rejected?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 48

Sapatnekar was deeply distressed because whenever he approached Sai Baba, he was rebuked with "Chal Hat." As detailed in Shri Sai Satcharitra Chapter 48, this made him feel singled out and wonder if his past sins or initial doubtfulness were the cause. He resolved to stay until he received grace. His perseverance was rewarded when he found an opportunity to approach Baba alone. In a miraculous leela, Baba began a conversation with a newly arrived Dhangar woman, but the story he told was Sapatnekar's own life history. Following this, Baba directly addressed Sapatnekar's unspoken grief over his deceased son, assuring him, "These feet are very ancient; your worry is gone; have full faith in me, and you will soon be successful." Baba also promised to bring a son to his lap, which completely dissolved Sapatnekar's sorrow and filled him with tears of joy.
