How did Sai Baba reassure the author of the Sai Satcharita and what were His instructions for writing the book?

As recounted in Chapter 2, when the author felt impatient, Sai Baba offered compassion and courage. He granted permission for the book, stating, "A collection of stories, news, and experiences should indeed be made. Keep a record; it is good. My full help is with it." More profoundly, Baba reassured the author by explaining that he was merely a pretext and that Baba Himself would write His own story. He instructed the author to dissolve his ego and surrender it at His feet, promising full assistance and service to one who does so. This divine assurance formed the foundation for the work to begin.
