How did Sai Baba react when Shama asked for permission to build a temple in the Buti Wada?

When Madhavrao, also known as Shama, presented Bapusaheb Buti's plan to build a Murlidhar temple in the mansion, Sai Baba's reaction was one of joyful approval. According to Chapter 39, upon hearing the plan, Baba said, "Very well! After the temple is complete, we too shall come to stay there." He looked at the mansion and spoke sweet, prophetic words about how they would use it to talk, walk, and play together. To signify his certain permission and begin the work, he instructed them to break a coconut immediately.
