How did Sai Baba put an end to the fight between Damu Anna and Mavshibai?

Sai Baba resolved the quarrel between Damu Anna and Mavshibai with what the text calls a 'powerful trick'. As Chapter 24 recounts, seeing their argument escalate, Baba intervened with a humorous and insightful remark. He lovingly said, 'Oh Anna, why have you started this uproar? I don't understand what is improper in taking a kiss from the Mother.' By referring to Mavshibai as 'Mother' (Aai), he reframed the situation entirely. This comment immediately pacified both of them, the tension dissolved, and everyone present enjoyed the joke, breaking out in laughter.
