Chapter 7 makes it clear that Sai Baba treated Hindu and Muslim festivals with equal importance and joy. For the Hindu festival of Ram Navami, he would personally arrange for the celebration, which included tying a cradle in the assembly hall for devotional stories and songs (Katha and Kirtan). On the same day, he would also give permission for the Muslim Sandal procession to take place. The text explicitly states that "Both festivals were conducted by Him with equal joy." Similarly, he would have Gopal-Kala prepared for Gokul Ashtami (a Hindu festival) and ensured there were no obstacles to Namaj (prayers) during the Muslim festival of Eid. He even permitted a Tabut to be made and kept in the mosque for four days during Moharram.
How did Sai Baba handle different religious festivals like Ram Navami and Muslim holidays? Did he favor one over the other?
