How did Sai Baba guide Narayan Motiram Jaani in his career, and what was the result?

According to chapter 33, Narayan Motiram Jaani was a servant to another devotee named Ramchandra Vaman Modak. During a visit for Baba's Darshan, Sai Baba prophetically told him, "Enough of this servitude now; you should start an independent business instead." Shortly after, Narayanrao's job ended, and he embraced independence. He established a lodging house called "Anandashram" and, through his own efforts, achieved growing success and peace of mind. This direct fulfillment of Baba's words caused his faith to increase and develop into an unshakeable devotion, as he had experienced Sai's grace firsthand.
