How did Sai Baba express his generosity, and did everyone who came to him receive money?

According to Chapter 29 of the Shri Sai Satcharita, Sai Baba was a great saint known for his abundant generosity. He would often distribute money, giving ten rupees to some and fifty to others, particularly to pilgrims, the poor, and the needy. However, the text makes it clear that his giving was not predictable or guaranteed for everyone. It states, "he did not give to everyone - no one knew his mind." His manner was never fixed; sometimes he gave money or sweets, and other times he sent people away empty-handed. The chapter explains that receiving a blessing from Baba's hand was a matter of one's auspicious time arriving, a fortune obtained only by the fortunate.
