Laxmichand was feeling restless due to being very hungry and also suffering from back pain. Without Laxmichand saying a word, Sai Baba revealed his inner knowledge of the situation. Chapter 28 recounts that Baba spoke the following words: "Hunger has come, that's good. There should be medicine for back pain. Now the wind of khaja has blown." These words perfectly mirrored Laxmichand's unspoken thoughts and physical discomfort.
