How did Sai Baba demonstrate his omniscience to Laxmichand using a sweet called khaja?

📖 Chapter 28

The story from Chapter 28 illustrates Sai Baba's omniscience through the incident with khaja. A devotee named Laxmichand (also called Lalaji) visited Shirdi and, after tasting khaja prasad one day, developed a strong, unspoken craving for more. His desire went unfulfilled the following day. However, on the third day, Baba, knowing the devotee's inner wish, specifically instructed another person to bring a plate full of khaja. Later, as Laxmichand sat hungry and with back pain, Baba openly spoke of his hunger, the need for medicine for his back, and the "wind of khaja." This act of knowing and fulfilling an unexpressed desire, as well as knowing his physical ailments, proved Baba's inner knowledge to Laxmichand, whose attachment was then fulfilled and his devotion solidified.
