According to Chapter 7, Sai Baba masterfully demonstrated his equal and impartial conduct toward both Hindus and Muslims by celebrating their festivals with the same joy and enthusiasm. For the Hindu festival of Ram Navami, he would have a cradle tied in the assembly hall and arrange for devotional stories and songs (Katha and Kirtan). On that very same night, he would give permission to Muslims for the Sandal procession, which was held with ceremony. He also organized wrestling matches for Ram Navami. Similarly, he would have Gopal-Kala prepared for the Hindu festival of Gokul Ashtami, and when the Muslim festival of Eid arrived, he ensured there was no obstacle to their prayers (Namaj).
