How did Sai Baba cure Balaram's chronic asthma?

According to the account in Chapter 51, Balaram, who had been suffering from a chronic case of asthma for six years, was miraculously cured by Sai Baba. While Balaram was humbly massaging Baba's feet, Baba offered him a 'chillim' to smoke. Despite having no habit of smoking, Balaram took it as prasad and smoked one puff with difficulty before returning it. The scripture states that from that moment, a fortunate day dawned for Balaram, as his asthma vanished completely and he attained full health. The text emphasizes that the asthma which had plagued him for years never returned after that single puff from the chillim given by Baba.
