How did Sai Baba address the pride Kashiram developed from giving Dakshina?

📖 Chapter 0

According to Chapter 0, Kashiram became so eager for Sai Baba to accept his offerings that he would feel distraught if Dakshina wasn't taken, which fostered a sense of pride in his ability to give. Sai Baba, perceiving this as a spiritual obstacle, orchestrated a lesson. Kashiram began facing financial difficulties, and at the same time, Maharaj began demanding Dakshina from him relentlessly. This forced Kashiram to borrow until he could no longer do so, humbling him completely. This leela, or divine play, was designed to make him realize he did not have the power to give, and once this pride was eradicated, his financial condition improved.
