How did Mhalasapati demonstrate his devotion to Maharaj, and what was their nightly routine like?

Mhalasapati and Maharaj shared an extremely close relationship. As described in Chapter 0, Maharaj would alternate sleeping between the Masjid and the Chavadi. On the nights he stayed in the Masjid, Mhalasapati would devotedly sit by his side until dawn. During these nights, they engaged in very affectionate conversations. This routine of sitting in the Masjid all night, every other day, continued without fail until Mhalasapati passed away. He was considered highly advanced and selfless, serving as a place of rest and guidance for devotees after Maharaj.
