How did Maharaj explain the process of his own spiritual realization?

Maharaj provided a concise explanation of his spiritual journey to the author of the text. As detailed in Chapter 0, he described a pivotal shift in his practice. He told the author, whom he affectionately called 'Kaka', that he used to be occupied with giving medicine to people. He then consciously stopped that activity and instead focused on the spiritual practice of chanting 'Hari Hari'.
