How did Madhavrao Deshpande and Kakasaheb Dixit end up traveling to Shirdi together with Baba's portrait?

📖 Chapter 51

The journey of Madhavrao Deshpande and Kakasaheb Dixit to Shirdi was orchestrated by a series of fortunate events. According to Chapter 51, Nanasaheb Panshe and Appasahib Gadre spotted Madhavrao and directed him to Mirikar’s house to meet Dixit, who was very eager to visit Shirdi. At Mirikar's house, Balasaheb introduced the two men, and they decided to take the ten o'clock night train together. The plan was solidified when Balasaheb unveiled a portrait of Sai Baba that was there for repairs and entrusted it to Madhavrao, telling them to "go happily to Shirdi in Baba's company." Madhavrao and Dixit then set out for the station with the portrait, their journey divinely arranged.
