How did Kakasaheb Dixit's plan to visit Shirdi finally come together despite his initial worries?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 51

Kakasaheb Dixit's journey to Shirdi was arranged through a series of seemingly coincidental events that believers might attribute to divine intervention. As described in Chapter 51, while Dixit was in Ahmednagar and consumed with worry about how to meet Sai Baba, Madhavrao Deshpande (Shama) unexpectedly arrived in the same city. He had been summoned by a telegram about his mother-in-law's health, which turned out to be a false alarm. Nanasahib Panshe and Appasahib Gadre spotted Madhavrao and, recognizing him as the perfect guide, informed Dixit. This led to a meeting at Mirikar's house where Dixit and Madhavrao made a firm plan to travel together on the ten o'clock night train, resolving all of Dixit's anxieties.
