How did Hemadpant's unique writing habits create a problem for completing the Shri Sai Satcharitra?

Hemadpant's very frugal and particular writing habits presented a challenge after his passing. Chapter 53 describes him as an author who never let a scrap of paper go to waste, writing entire chapters on these scraps and sending them directly to the printer to avoid wasteful expenditure. His noble intention was to redeem these 'poor, lifeless scraps of paper' through service to Baba.
