How did Damu Anna react to Sai Baba's initial refusal of his business plan, and what was the subsequent advice he received in the letter?

📖 Chapter 25

Upon receiving Sai Baba's discouraging reply, Damu Anna was extremely disappointed. Chapter 25 describes him as being "very crestfallen," feeling that his great mental plans had melted away. He lamented his decision to seek permission, thinking, "I have caused my own harm. Right before my eyes, I have kicked away the served plate myself." However, the letter, delivered by Madhavrao, also contained a crucial hint. It suggested, "There is a difference between hearing and seeing; you should come here in person." This piece of advice prompted Damu Anna to reconsider, thinking there might still be a benefit in visiting Shirdi. He decided to travel there, hoping Baba might still give him permission in person.
