How did Dadasaheb Khaparde's wife show her devotion to Sai Baba, and how did Baba respond?

📖 Chapter 27

The wife of Dadasaheb Khaparde demonstrated profound devotion during her family's seven-month stay in Shirdi. As detailed in Chapter 27, she was very faithful and had ultimate love for Sai Baba's feet. Her daily ritual involved bringing a food offering, or naivedya, to the Masjid with her own hands. Her commitment was so absolute that she would fast until Baba accepted and ate her offering; only then would she eat. Seeing the lady's firm faith, Baba, the lover of devotees, was deeply moved and in his own unique way, which the text describes as 'laughing and playing,' he showed her the 'bright path' by bestowing his grace upon her.
