How did Chand Patil first meet Sai Baba?

According to Chapter 5 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, Chand Patil, a man from the village of Dhup, had lost his mare. After searching for two months without success, he was returning home disappointed, carrying the saddle on his back. As he traveled, he passed a mango tree and saw a Fakir, who was Sai Baba. The Fakir called out to him, saying, "Come here, smoke the chillum and then go forward." This invitation initiated their first meeting.
