How did Chand Patil first meet Sai Baba, and what made him realize Baba was a saint?

According to Chapter 5 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, a man named Chand Patil from Dhup village met Sai Baba after losing his mare. While traveling back from Aurangabad, disappointed after a two-month search, he encountered a Fakir under a mango tree. This Fakir, who was Baba, invited him to rest and smoke. When Baba asked about the saddle Patil was carrying, he was told about the lost horse. Baba then instructed Patil to search near the streams, where the mare was found immediately. This miraculous event, detailed in Chapter 5, made Chand Patil realize he had met a great saint, or 'Avaliya,' and not a mere human.
