How did Balasaheb Deo's personal efforts to read the Dnyaneshwari fail, and what was his ultimate resolution?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 41

According to Chapter 41 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, Balasaheb Deo had a great desire to read the Dnyaneshwari daily. However, despite his strong intent, he consistently faced obstacles that prevented him from maintaining the practice. He found that while other books could be read regularly, the Dnyaneshwari reading would always be interrupted. Even when he reduced his goal to a mere five verses (Ovis) a day, he could not do so with regularity. Feeling distressed by his inability to succeed, he finally made a firm resolve: he would only begin reading the Dnyaneshwari when Sai Baba Himself gave the order and instilled the love for it in his heart, thereby surrendering his personal efforts to his Guru's will.
