How did Balabuva Satarkar end up performing the Ram Navami kirtan in Shirdi?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 6

Balabuva Satarkar, known as the 'Modern Tukaram', was able to perform the Ram Navami kirtan in Shirdi due to a series of unforeseen events. As Chapter 6 explains, his usual annual performance at Siddha-Kavthe was canceled because of a plague outbreak in the village. This freed him up and provided the opportunity to fulfill his desire for Sai Baba's Darshan. He approached Dixit, a devotee of Baba, who promised to seek permission for the kirtan. After Baba gave His approval, Balabuva traveled to Shirdi and performed the entire Ram Navami festival with great novelty and love, much to his own satisfaction and the pleasure of Sai Baba.
