How did Amir get to see Sai Baba regularly even though he was forbidden from going to the Masjid?

📖 Chapter 22

Even though Amir Shakkar was forbidden from visiting the Masjid for nine months, his mandatory stay in the Chavadi ironically provided him with ample opportunities for Sai Baba's darshan. Chapter 22 explains that Baba's vision happened 'automatically without effort' for Amir. This was because Baba's daily route for begging alms in the morning took him right past the Chavadi, allowing Amir to see him come and go. Furthermore, every evening Baba would come in front of the Chavadi. On alternate nights when Baba slept there, they were separated by only a thin curtain, and they would talk together after the other devotees left.
