Chapter 43 explains that saints are free from the six-fold changes and emotions, always remaining in an unmanifest state. They only become manifest in a body for the salvation of their devotees. For a being like Sai, who is described as the complete Supreme Brahman and a mass of bliss, the concepts of birth and death are inapplicable because he lacks body-consciousness. The text states that for such beings, birth and death are 'false imaginations.' They incarnate by their own will purely for the welfare of devotees, and therefore, they are not touched by the ordinary cycle of birth and death.
How can saints like Sai Baba be considered beyond the cycle of birth and death?
