How can people still feel Baba's presence if he is gone?

According to Chapter 43, while Baba's physical form is gone, his presence is still very much accessible to the faithful. It states that one's experience is directly related to their state of mind: "He is hidden from the faithless; he is seen right there by the faithful devotees."
