According to the teachings in Chapter 37, the cycle of birth and death is perpetuated by a sense of difference and separation from the ultimate reality, or Parabrahman. Believing "Parabrahman is different from me; I am not that" subjects a soul to this eternal cycle. The text also identifies adharma (unrighteousness), ignorance, anger, and hatred as the "nooses of death." To cross this cycle, one must overcome these negative qualities and realize the oneness of the Self with Brahman, which is the single principle that pervades all of creation, from the creator down to a blade of grass. It is this delusion of separation that must be conquered to achieve liberation.
How can one overcome the cycle of birth and death (Samsara) as described in the Shri Sai Satcharitra?
