How can devotees serve Sai Baba and build a community around his teachings through literary works?

According to the preface in Chapter 0, a Sadguru accepts service from devotees through books. A primary way to build a community and serve the Guru is by studying and performing Parayans, or devotional readings, of a detailed biography. When a writer creates such a work, they perform Guru service. Simultaneously, when other devotees study and perform Parayans of that same text, the writer gains the merit of serving humanity, and the devotees themselves achieve the purpose of their lives. This shared practice of studying a central text like the Shri Sai Satcharita is shown to be a powerful method for fostering a community of devotees.
