From the perspective of the author, what are the dual benefits of writing a detailed Guru biography, and how is this considered a form of service?

📖 Chapter 0

Writing a detailed Guru biography offers a dual benefit that is deeply rooted in the concept of service. As explained in Chapter 0, the author first performs Guru service through the act of writing, studying, and performing Parayans of their own work. Secondly, and just as importantly, when other devotees and the wider congregation study and perform Parayans of that same book, the writer gains the significant merit of serving God in humanity, which is referred to as 'Jan-Janardan,' and also performs a great public service. This is one of the two ways a Sadguru is said to take service from devotees through books.
