Did Sai Baba truly die? What do the scriptures say about his passing?

According to the teachings in Chapter 43, the concept of Sai Baba truly dying is a misunderstanding. The text explains that for a being like Sai Samarth, described as a mass of bliss and the complete Supreme Brahman, the physical realities of birth and death are false imaginations. His departure was a voluntary act where he chose to burn his body in the fire of Yoga, merging himself into the unmanifest. It is clarified that he remains present in the hearts of his devotees, transcending the material state. The scripture poignantly asks, for someone who doesn't even know the birth of the body, how can there possibly be death for that body, highlighting his eternal nature.
