Did Sai Baba's teachings on humility through Dakshina apply to everyone, or only specific followers?

Sai Baba's method of teaching humility through Dakshina was universal and applied to everyone who came for His darshan, irrespective of their background. Chapter 14 clearly states that whenever anyone came to bow at His feet, "whether Hindu, Muslim, or Parsi, He would ask them for Dakshina." The teachings were not limited by religion or social standing. The text emphasizes that for Sai, there was no distinction between "a great wealthy person or a beggar, poor, weak, or destitute."
