Despite being forbidden from visiting the Masjid, how did Amir Shakkar still manage to get Sai Baba's darshan?

Although Amir Shakkar was forbidden from going to the Masjid for darshan during his nine-month stay, his assigned residence in the Chavadi provided automatic and effortless opportunities to see Baba. As Chapter 22 explains, Baba's daily path for morning alms took him right past the Chavadi, allowing Amir to have His vision. Similarly, every evening, Baba would come in front of the Chavadi to salute the directions. Furthermore, on every alternate night when Baba stayed in the Chavadi, they were separated only by a plank door and would talk with each other after the other devotees had left.
