When he and Madhavrao set out for Shirdi, they faced a setback with a fully packed train, but a train guard who happened to be Dixit's acquaintance miraculously appeared and arranged first-class seats for them. The journey itself was filled with nectar-like stories of Baba. Upon reaching Kopergaon station, they were met by another amazing coincidence: Nana Saheb Chandorkar was also there, on his way to see Baba.
