Describe the roles of Mhalasapati, Kashiram Shimpi, and Appa Jagle in Sai Baba's early days in Shirdi.

📖 Chapter 0

As detailed in Chapter 0, Mhalasapati was the first to welcome Sai Baba and give him his name. He then introduced Baba to his companions, Kashiram Shimpi and Appa Jagle. These three men were known for providing hospitality to saints and fakirs who visited the village. They extended this service to Sai Baba and, as the text states, all three became his total devotees. Sadly, Kashiram and Appa passed away some years later, both on an Ekadashi day.
