During Balaji Nevasakar's anniversary ceremony, or Shraddha, his family faced a crisis. As detailed in Chapter 35, they had prepared food for an estimated number of guests, but three times as many people arrived. Fearing humiliation, the woman of the house grew anxious. However, the mother-in-law, having great faith in Sai Baba, took a handful of Udi and placed some in each pot of food. She instructed that the pots remain covered. Miraculously, all the guests were served and ate their fill, and the food in the pots remained as full as before, demonstrating the profound power of faith and Sai's Udi.
