The initial encounter occurred at Dahanu Station. A Sanyasi, who was a volunteer for a cow institution, was advised by the Station Master to seek help from the Mamlatdar, Dev. As described in Chapter 40, the Mamlatdar coincidentally arrived at that very moment. The Sanyasi then expressed his heart's desire to Dev, asking for his support in collecting donations for cow protection. However, Dev explained that another collection was already in progress in the town. He told the Sanyasi that the timing was unfavorable and advised him to return in two to four months, after which they could reconsider the matter.
