Describe the initial encounter between Maharaj and Mhalasapati and explain its significance.

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 0

The initial encounter between Maharaj and Mhalasapati was a defining moment. As detailed in Chapter 0, Maharaj, having arrived with a wedding procession, went into the Khandoba temple. There he met Mhalasapati, a resident of Shirdi and a goldsmith. Upon seeing Maharaj in his kafni and cap, Mhalasapati immediately greeted him with the words "Aavo Sai Baba" (Come, Sai Baba). The significance of this moment is that Maharaj adopted this name for the rest of his life, solidifying his identity in Shirdi. Mhalasapati then brought him into the village, initiating his life there.
