Describe the group of devotees from the Madras region and their experience in Shirdi.

📖 Chapter 29

Chapter 29 recounts the visit of a group of devotees from the Madras (now Chennai) region. These devotees were on a pilgrimage to Kashi and stopped in Shirdi to have Sai Baba's darshan. The narrative specifies a particular group of four—a man accompanied by his mother-in-law, wife, and daughter. This family belonged to the Ramdasi sect and, after attaining peace from Baba's darshan, they stayed for several days performing devotional singing with great enthusiasm. As a sign of his pleasure, Baba gave them eight rupees and eight annas.
