After his second visit to Shirdi in December 1909, Kakasaheb Dixit became firm in his decision to build a Wada. As chapter 4 recounts, the foundation stone was laid the following year. On December 9th, Dixit received Baba's approval, and the foundation work was completed. A notable event occurred on December 10th, when Baba gave different instructions to Dixit and Dadasaheb Khaparde, who was also present. Baba told Khaparde to go home but instructed Dixit to lay the foundation. Coincidentally, Dixit's brothers also arrived on that very day, at that exact time, without being called.
