Describe the dreams the Patil experienced in Chapter 13 and what their ultimate result was.

📖 Chapter 13

In Chapter 13, the ailing Patil experienced two very strange and violent dreams. The first dream involved a teacher who beat him so severely with a cane for not memorizing a verse that his back broke. The second dream was even more bizarre, featuring a gentleman who sat on his chest and used a grinding stone to make a mortar of it, causing him extreme agony. Despite the horrific nature of these dreams, the result was astonishingly positive. The chapter states that when he woke up, 'the idea of disease vanished completely' and he felt a great freshness. The punishment in the dreams was the very method of his cure, a beneficial outcome that left him free from sorrow.
