Anna and Mavshibai displayed very different approaches to their physical service of Sai Baba, which set the stage for their quarrel. As detailed in Chapter 24, Anna's service was more stationary; he was leaning forward from the outside, slowly pressing Baba's left hand. In contrast, Mavshibai's service was exceptionally dynamic and vigorous. She was "grinding" and churning Baba's stomach with both hands, causing her own body to move and sway. It was this intense, swaying motion that caused her face to unintentionally come close to Anna's, sparking the humorous accusation and subsequent argument.
