Describe Maharaj's journey to Shirdi and his first encounter there.

Maharaj's arrival in Shirdi was with a wedding procession. As detailed in Chapter 0, he had been staying at the house of a man named Chandbhai. When Chandbhai's wife's nephew had a wedding fixed with a girl from Shirdi, Maharaj accompanied the wedding party. The procession stopped in a garden near the Khandoba temple just outside the village. From there, Maharaj went into the Khandoba temple, which led to his fateful meeting with Mhalasapati, a resident of Shirdi who was a goldsmith and a devotee of Khandoba. This marked his entry into the village that would become his home.
