After experiencing firsthand Sai Baba's ability to know his unspoken desires and private thoughts, Laxmichand's devotion became deeply fixed and consistent. As explained in Chapter 28, his love for Baba was cemented, and he established a regular practice of worship. This manifested in a very tangible way: whenever Laxmichand learned of someone traveling to Shirdi, he would unfailingly send offerings through them. Specifically, he would regularly send a garland, camphor, and incense, along with a monetary offering (dakshina), to be presented to Baba on his behalf.
